Complaints and grievances (Grievance Officer: Yash Dhage): write to the same email address. We acknowledge a complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month.

• Account: your registered login on the POV: NCERT website or app.
• Content: eNotes, chapters, diagrams, mnemonics, Topper's POV sections, tests, questions and explanations.
• Plan: a paid product that unlocks specific Content, such as a subject's eBook or a mock test pass.
• Access Period: the length of time a Plan keeps its Content unlocked.

You must register with a valid email address that belongs to you. One Account is for one person, and you are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

If you are under 18, you may use POV: NCERT only with the consent of a parent or guardian, who agrees to these terms on your behalf.

Paid Content is sold as a Plan. Each Plan gives access to specific Content for a fixed Access Period, not for a lifetime. The Content, price and Access Period of each Plan are shown on the pricing page and at checkout before you pay, and under “Your Subscriptions” in your Account after purchase.

Your access ends automatically when the Access Period ends unless you buy a Plan again. Plans do not renew or charge you automatically.

If you bought eNotes access before 13 October 2026, when Access Periods were introduced, your access continues until 1 July 2028. This replaces the open-ended access those purchases were first sold with. We may extend this date, but we will not bring it earlier. The date is shown under “Your Subscriptions” in your Account.

Chapterwise tests for a subject are included with that subject's eBook Plan for the same Access Period. Full mock tests are unlocked by a separate mock test pass, which runs for the number of months shown at checkout, counted from the date of purchase.

Printed books are delivered to the address you give at checkout, so please make sure it is complete and correct. Orders are normally dispatched within 2–3 business days and delivered within 5–7 business days after that. These times are estimates and can vary with the courier and your location. Damaged, wrong or undelivered orders are covered by our Refund Policy.

• Nucleus coins are earned through our referral programme. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and expire 365 days after they are earned.
• Coins can be used towards part of an eligible order, up to the limit shown at checkout.
• Promo codes may have an expiry date or a usage limit, and can be withdrawn at any time before they are used.
• We may cancel coins, referrals or discounts obtained through fake accounts, self-referral or other misuse.

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card or UPI details. Refunds are governed only by our Refund Policy.

All Content is owned by Yash Dhage. Buying a Plan gives you a personal, non-transferable right to view the Content during the Access Period. It does not transfer ownership.

You may not copy, download, record, screenshot for sharing, distribute, resell or publish the Content, or share your Account with anyone else. Notes are watermarked with your registered email address so that shared copies can be traced to the Account they came from.

We may suspend or close an Account that shares login details, shares or leaks Content, tries to bypass our security, abuses referrals or promo codes, or otherwise breaks these terms. No refund is given for an Account closed for these reasons. You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your Account as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may add, change or withdraw Plans, prices and features at any time. A change applies only to purchases made after the change. A Plan you have already paid for keeps its Content and Access Period until it ends. Content may be corrected, updated or reorganised as the syllabus and exam pattern change.

We may update these terms. For a significant change we will tell you at least 15 days before it takes effect, by email or by a notice in the app and on the website. If you keep using the service after the effective date, you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree, you may stop using the service, and where a change materially reduces something you have already paid for, you may contact us within that period and we will work with you to resolve it. Earlier versions are listed at the end of this page.

POV: NCERT is study material for NEET UG preparation. We work to keep it accurate, but we do not guarantee exam results, ranks or admission, and you use the Content at your own discretion.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have as a consumer under Indian law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
